Meet the leadership team
Mathieu Turcotte
Partner, Health Care and Public Sector
Mr. Turcotte is responsible for OCG’s Health Care and Public Sector practice. He specializes in shaping and leading major business transformation programs, and has extensive experience implementing large scale business change for the health care and public sectors. Mr. Turcotte has over 25 years’ experience across the health care, public, and technology sectors within Canada and the USA. Before joining OCG he was Vice President Operations for a hospital alliance where he led the transformation of their disparate operations into a new single shared services organization. He holds a graduate degree in Public Health and an undergraduate degree in Science.
Mike Stahl
Partner, Strategy And Innovation
Mr. Stahl is responsible for OCG’s Strategy and Innovation practice. He assists organizations with business planning and strategy, performance improvement, and interim leadership. He specializes in helping companies derive optimal value from their core competencies, aligning or re-aligning their organizations with market opportunities. As interim leader Mr. Stahl has served in various senior positions including President, COO, General Manager, etc., and has worked across a wide range industries. Mr. Stahl is particularly active in the manufacturing and high-tech sectors where he has assisted some of Canada’s most successful and recognized companies. Previously Mr. Stahl held senior executive roles including Chief Strategy Officer and SVP Operations, and senior roles with consulting firms Deloitte and Ernst Young. Mr. Stahl holds an MBA as well as an undergraduate degree in Science.
Bob Jemseg
Partner, Natural Resources
Mr. Jemseg is responsible for OCG’s Natural Resources practice. He has worked extensively throughout the Energy sector and Forestry sector in Canada. He previously held senior positions with some of Canada’s largest energy producers, and is recognized for his ability to manage and turnaround large and high profile merger and business integration projects. Mr. Jemseg holds an MBA as well as an Engineering undergraduate degree.
Michelle Dupuis
Associate Partner, Information Technology and Digital Transformation
Ms. Dupuis provides leadership to OCG’s Information Technology and Digital Transformation practice. She helps companies technology-enable their products and services, and establish the processes and tools necessary to cost-effectively grow and operate their businesses. She brings considerable experience in the telecom sector, where she held progressively senior positions including Assistant Vice President of Customer Service. She also has experience with several early stage technology companies and has helped them overcome the unique challenges they face. Ms. Dupuis holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering.
Steve Walker
Partner, Information Technology and Digital Transformation
Mr. Walker is responsible for OCG’s Information Technology and Digital Transformation practice. He has over 20 years of information technology experience and has held a variety of senior roles with leading technology companies such as Nortel and Bell Canada. He sits on the boards of several high-tech companies and has helped several startups grow rapidly to become world class players. Mr. Walker holds a Master degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
